Your satisfaction is very important to us at GLAMPLIF. If your order does not meet expectations, please review our return and refund guidelines below.

Return Eligibility
  • You must contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to request a return.

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging.

  • A valid order number and photo evidence must be provided.

Returns that do not meet these criteria will not be accepted.

Non-returnable Items

The following are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Items purchased on sale or promotion.

  • Products damaged after delivery due to misuse.

  • Custom or personalized orders.

Return Procedure

To initiate a return, please email support@glamplif.com with your order details and clear photos of the product issue. Our team will provide a return address and further instructions.

Customers are responsible for return shipping fees unless the error was ours (e.g., wrong or defective item).

Refunds

Once the returned item is inspected and approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
We will notify you by email once your refund has been processed.

Replacements

If an item is defective or damaged, we can offer a replacement at no additional cost after verification.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days, please check with your bank or card provider. If the issue persists, contact us at support@glamplif.com.
